We are looking for ambitious Financial Analyst to add to our Business Development team to execute a rapid rollup strategy. The analyst will report to the Chief Business Development Officer and be responsible for financial modeling, due diligence and valuation related to acquisitions. The position requires to develop a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and intricacies of the commercial, federal and other payer contracting issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Actively participates in due diligence processes and investigation—valuation, planning, and forecasting
  • Develops detailed financial models, and assess financial trends—incorporate data from different areas and synthesizes; and be able to tell a story
  • Comfortable working with data from acquisition candidates that will be of varying quality, competence and form
  • Ensures accuracy of models and develops solid assumptions. Develops concise output of model in a format that is clear to the management
  • Responsible for special projects and other assignments as required

Essential Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in, FP&A, investment banking or corporate finance

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Proven knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and M&A
  • Demonstrates detailed financial modeling experience, skills, and ability to build best-in-class models that are robust
  • Hands on experience with statistical analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, data table, advanced formulas, databases, and financial software applications
  • Experience in Power BI, SQL, visualization tools, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity
  • Proactive style with the ability to interpret data and present complex data
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
  • Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
