Dr. Devisetty is an ophthalmologist, retina specialist and vitreoretinal surgeon at NJRetina. She joins us after being in private practice in both Saginaw, Michigan, academic practice at University of Michigan and her solo practice in Savannah, Georgia for 11 years.
Dr. Devisetty completed her medical degree at Rush University in Chicago, IL. She followed that with a residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Upon the completion of her residency, Dr. Devisetty was selected to complete a fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at Associates in Ophthalmology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Devisetty has authored numerous articles in peer reviewed journals such as Ophthalmology, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) as week as the Journal of the American Medical Association — Ophthalmology in addition to being an invited lecturer at national conferences including Women in Ophthalmology & Ophthalmic Photographic Society.
Dr. Devisetty is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology as well as the American Society of Retina Specialists.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Devisetty enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
